JLD is a Bi-Annual Publication. journal is planning to bring out issues on content specific themes by polarizing on a theme directing to development of Library and Library Science professionals and adds value to library literature. JLD is part of Indian Council For Library Development (ICLD), Which was started by Late Prof. K S Deshpande, Chief Editor.
